He remodeled parts of my childhood home, which had never been touched since it was built in 25 years. The workmanship of his team was stellar. Any issues that arose were quickly addressed. When I made an error and ordered a door with the handle on the wrong side, his team was able to take it back to the store and exchange it for the correct door without me having to be there. Truly, Matt is an honest contractor. He has open lines of communication, gives his honest opinion, and will let you know estimates up front so you can plan financially. I was lucky enough to come across Mink Construction after water damage was found behind my original kitchen cabinets. The original contractor had my kitchen ripped apart for 4 months and there was minimal progress. One phone call from Matt and he was at my house the next day. Within a week I had cabinets installed and the granite was in the process of being installed. Any issues were quickly resolved and the kitchen came out perfect.
