Yes — design guidance is a major part of what we do. We work with you on the layout, custom cabinetry and every material and finish selection, so the whole room is planned as one coordinated design before construction starts.

Permit requirements depend on your scope of work and your city or county. During the consultation and design we review what your project is likely to need, and how permits and inspections are handled is set out in your contract.

We focus on complete remodels: full kitchen remodels, full bathroom remodels and substantial interior remodeling — bars, staircases and special rooms. Flooring, tile, painting and countertops are handled as part of those larger projects rather than as standalone small jobs.
